Interested in researching your ancestry? Clans and Surnames were delighted to part of Limerick Lifelong Learning for 2018 which took place March 19-25 2018. This offered many opportunities to learn new skills and for people to avail of our free genealogy workshops. We offered 2 research offerings at our Limerick venues of Limerick City Library and  King Johns Castle. Aisling O'Brien, Hannah O'Sullivan and Lorna Moloney delived "Brian Boru and The World of DNA" and Michael Reynolds and Lorna Moloney delivered "The Fighting Irish - Family History sources for research". We will be delivering these again at our research week in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, which takes place from May 14-18, 2018. Our programme is available here and booking is now open.
